3rd Annual PEO/SPAWAR Golf Tournament Today, another reason SPAWAR was named “best place to work in the Navy”!

An important part of work/life balance is staying fit, which is one of the reasons we were named best place to work in the navy. This golf tournament has become an annual event, with this years participation at an all time high! Each year the tournament is coordinated by SPAWAR and Program Executive Office (PEO) personnel and is open to Command personnel, their families and support contractors. As a 'best ball' tournament, players of all skill levels can participate and enjoy the outing. There are also some great prizes and fun categories, such as "best dressed golf team", "most uniquely dressed" and "best golf hat". This year the tournament is being hosted at the beautiful Salt Creek Golf Course in east San Diego. This is a good opportunity to have a great time on the golf course with colleagues and family, and just another reason why SPAWAR is the "best place to work in the Navy"!
